CloudLoft is a soft quilted topper that sits on your existing mattress, under your fitted sheet. The package contains one topper; mattress, pillows and other bedding are not included.
Is the feel soft or firm?
It is designed to add plush softness with down-alternative filling. It is not a firm foam topper and will not repair a sagging or damaged mattress.
Will it fit my mattress?
The elasticated skirt is designed for mattresses 8–21 inches (approximately 20–53 cm) deep. Choose your size carefully: US, Australian and European bed names are not interchangeable. If you are unsure, send us your mattress dimensions before ordering.
How do I care for it?
Follow the sewn-in care label. Wash cold on a gentle cycle in a machine with enough room for the topper to move freely. Do not bleach, iron or dry clean. Dry thoroughly before use, and fluff regularly.
Does 1000GSM mean 1000 grams in total?
No. GSM means grams per square metre and describes the fill weight per area. The total weight depends on the size you choose. It does not measure the finished thickness.
