Returns & Refunds

If something is not right with your Restavelle order, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs can help us assess damage or an incorrect item.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

We will help resolve items that arrive damaged, are faulty or do not match their description, including a repair, replacement or refund where required by applicable consumer law. Contact us as soon as you notice a problem. A delay in contacting us does not remove any statutory rights you may have.

Cancellations and change-of-mind returns

Contact us promptly if you wish to cancel or return an order. Any mandatory cancellation period that applies in your location remains available. For customers in the European Union, distance purchases generally include a 14-day withdrawal period, subject to applicable legal exceptions. Other statutory cancellation rights also remain unaffected. For requests outside a statutory entitlement, please contact us to discuss whether a return can be accepted before sending the item.

Before returning an item

Please contact us for the correct return address and instructions. Keep the item and its packaging in good condition and avoid use beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it. Return eligibility, return costs and any permitted deduction for diminished value are determined in accordance with applicable consumer law. We will explain the arrangements relevant to your request.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Where a statutory refund deadline applies, we will follow it. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the credit.

Delivery problems

If a shipment is missing or significantly delayed, contact us so we can investigate. For a confirmed lost shipment, we will offer a refund or replacement.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under EU consumer law and Australian Consumer Law. These rights apply independently of any additional commercial warranty.
