At Eternify, every product is carefully crafted and personalized just for you. Because of the custom nature of our items, please review the following policy before placing your order.
1. Personalized Products – No Refunds or Returns
All of our products are custom-made and personalized according to your specifications. Once the personalization process has begun, we are unable to offer refunds, cancellations, or returns. Please double-check all details (names, dates, images, text) before confirming your order.
2. We Do Not Accept Returns
Due to the unique and personalized nature of each item, we do not accept returns under any circumstances. Each product is made exclusively for you and cannot be resold or reused.
3. Defective or Damaged Products
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged during shipping, we will gladly offer a full refund or a free replacement — your choice. To qualify, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the defective or damaged item
- A description of the issue
4. Delivery Issues
If your order is lost in transit, delivered to the wrong address, or never arrives, please contact us so we can investigate. In confirmed cases of delivery problems, we will offer a full refund or reship the product at no extra cost.
5. Processing & Delivery Times
Personalization takes up to 3 business days. After your item is shipped, estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days, depending on your location. We ship to Europe, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand.
