At Eternify, we are dedicated to delivering your personalized products with care and punctuality. This policy describes our production process, shipping procedures, and delivery timeframes so you know exactly when to expect your special order.

1. Production Process

Each Eternify product is created exclusively for you. The personalization process takes up to 3 business days. During this period, we personalize your product with the specifications you provided and each item goes through rigorous quality control before shipping. Please note that production time is not included in the delivery timeframe — delivery times begin counting after the product is shipped.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following regions:

3. Delivery Timeframes

After your item has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, and other factors beyond our control.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

5. Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact our support team. We will investigate the situation with the shipping carrier and, in confirmed cases of lost shipments, offer a full refund or reship the product at no extra cost.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Eternify is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipment costs may apply.
