2. Description of Services
Eternify offers high-quality personalized products, including but not limited to personalized gifts with photos, texts, and dates, personalized decorative items, and products that eternize memories and celebrate love. All products are created to order according to specifications provided by the customer.
3. Placing Orders
When placing an order, you provide accurate personalization information (texts, names, dates, images). You are responsible for reviewing all details before submitting your order. Once the personalization process has begun, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
4. Personalization & Production
Each product is custom-made. The personalization process takes up to 3 business days. After your item is shipped, estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days, depending on your destination. We ship to Europe, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed on the website and may be subject to change without prior notice. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.
6. Refunds & Returns
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns and cannot issue refunds once the personalization process has begun. However, if your product arrives defective or damaged during shipping, we will offer a full refund or free replacement. Please refer to our Refund & Exchange Policy for more details.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Eternify website, including images, designs, logos, and text, is the property of Eternify and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

You are responsible for ensuring that all personalization details provided are accurate, that the content submitted does not infringe on any third-party rights, and that any images or text provided are owned by you or used with permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Eternify is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect information provided by the customer, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
