Welcome to Restavelle. These terms describe the use of our online store and the purchase of our bedding and home comfort products. Read them together with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. Using our store

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase in your location, or have permission from your parent or guardian. Use the store lawfully and do not interfere with its security or operation.

2. Product information

Review the product description, selected variant and measurements before ordering. A mattress topper is an additional layer for an existing mattress; it is not a replacement mattress. Accessories shown in lifestyle photographs are not included unless expressly listed. Colours and appearance may vary with screen settings. We aim to present product information accurately and will help resolve any item that does not match its description.

3. Orders

Provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information. Please check your selected size and address before submitting your order. Contact us promptly if you need to request a change or cancellation. Dispatch may limit our ability to change an order, but any statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.

4. Prices and payment

The product price and currency are displayed on the store. Shipping charges, taxes and any applicable adjustments collected by us are shown at checkout before payment. Prices may change for future orders. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

5. Delivery and returns

Our Shipping Policy explains delivery arrangements. Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains how to request help, a return or a refund. These policies do not exclude or limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

6. Content

Website text, branding, designs and media belong to Restavelle or their respective rights holders. Using this website does not transfer ownership or grant permission to reuse protected content.

7. Your rights and updates

Nothing in these terms limits any non-excludable consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. We may update these terms for future use of the store. Changes do not remove rights relating to an order already placed.
